This probably isn't the best place for this post, but it didn't really fit anywhere else. Anyway, I just finished a grapefruit for breakfast and was wondering if anyone else has the grapfruit knife that I found. It really helps cutting the fruit out without geting a bunch of the skin or what I call "veins" (is there a scientific name for it?). It has a curved blade for separating the fruit and a double blade to cut on each side of the "veins". My version has a wood handle, but this similar model was at Crate & Barrel:
