I may have escaped the frosty icy nights and my citrus and stone fruit blooms have been unscathed but not this hail. It's been raining cats and dogs intermittently with marble sized hail. It is dark outside, can't do much. Will have to assess the damage tomorrow.

For sure a streptomycin and kocide sprays are the major job on Monday. I wish there are blooms left of my new citrus grafts.

Tammy, it is harder on the trees. It provides entry way for pathogens especially if disease pressure is high.

Last Thurs. we started with rain, then small hail then blizzarding snow.
I have a real nice well "bonzai'd" global arborvitea (evergreen) next to my front steps & the weight of the ice & snow broke it down. It just fell over - many branches broken down. (was my prize)
Good thing for me I keep all my potted plants in sunroom!
Joe, hope all your trees are OK..esp. the fruit cocktail & all multi-grafted trees.
