Per fourwindsgrowers response:
"I think the "Cam sanh" or "green orange" is actually the King Mandarin. The rind stays green in the tropics because it needs cool temps to develop the orange color. Because it is always hot in the tropics, the rind stays green.
Please see this link for the description of King Mandarin from the UC Riverside Variety collection:

We do not grow the King Mandarin but we do grow a couple of similar mandarins. We grow Encore, Honey and Kinnow which are crosses between King and Willowleaf mandarins. We also grow the Kara Mandarin which is a cross between Owari and King mandarins.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need help finding these other varieties.
Thank you for your interest in Four Winds Growers."
I hope that help. I want to get one, any recommendation on where to get it?
