From the looks of the leaf petiole I'd say at best it's an orange hybrid. Maybe crossed with a grapefruit.

Sour orange has a large petiole and a rough skin like the one you are showing. Do you have a picture of a cut orange? It might be easier to identify.

Certainly looks like a sour orange, showing the general appearance with the broadly winged leaf petiole and the commonly hollow core of the fruit, plus the dark green of the foliage, and the reddish orange of the peel. The pulp should have a strong acidity taste. Great variety for marmalade. Is this a young tree producing some of its first fruit? I ask because of the general pebbly peel. - Millet (1,120-)

It's about a 8 foot tree and no it looks fairly old with bunches of oranges. All of them were pebbly like you say. I was asking for it's name because sour orange is the main rootstock used here in the rio grande valley here in Texas. I guess I got myself a good sorce tree for future seedling use
