They are too tiny to take a pic of w/ my camera, but I found them recently on the top 3 inches of new growth of my wild rose vine.
I just took a look at the vine for some pruning & noticed the upper growth was thicker. After looking real close, it looked like a ton of little, light green oval things less than a 16th of inch & then some of them moved! They are clumped together at top 3 inches of stem, & same color as stem. Well, few days ago I broke off any of those branches couple inches below these "things" and stuck them in a pot of water & they drowned. Then I sprayed the vine with some neem oil & little Murphy's oil soap. Impossible to get all leaves - under & top. I noticed more bugs on a upper branch today. What are these things? So far ther is no leaf damage that I can see, but I don't want them to spread to my citrus if they are bad. So far, that's all I see them on. Anyone know what this could be? Thanks
