I read, on this forum I believe, that Eureka lemon is not graft compatible with poncirus trifoliata root stock.

The nursery I get my plants from, Agrumes Bachès in France, solely uses PT as root stock. As I just bought a pink variegated eureka lemon from them, I asked them about this. Their reply...:

We graft eureka on trifoliate orange for 35 years, and have no problems. The literature on this rootstock is contradictory. No problems in pots nor in ground.

Of course I hope they are right. The plant definitely looks healthy at the moment.

Thank you. I think they are knowledgeable people. I love their plants by the way. They are the best I have seen from any nursery so far. I have two already (cara cara and pink eureka) and a third on order (bergamot).
