I am looking for a dragon fruit jelly recipe. I would love a star fruit on too. Can any help with this?

Use one for strawberries. I use a strawberry recipe for kiwi jam when I couldn't find one and it was great.

Wonderful. Sunday is jelly making day and I was having such a hard time finding one. I made a kiwi with pineapple juice that was really good. Would you like me to find the recipe for you? Razz

I finally got my jelly made. I used 6 cups sugar, 4 cups crushed dragon fuit, 1 tbsp lemon juice and one packet pectin. I tastes wonderful. Here is my problem. It did not set up real good. My mom says either I boiled too long or I turned my jars too much. I turned the jars every once in a while to try to get the seeds dispersed through the jelly. How do you handle the seeds? Could turning the jars cause it not to set up? i look forward to your help. Thanks

I'd boil it up again with another packet of pectin. That's what I do when it doesn't jell.

I will try that Wednesday. Could turning the jars have caused it?
