Here's another effective reflectors to scare the birds. Simply attach to a barrel swivel (you can get this from fishing department of store) so that it will rotate freely. Then attach the swivel to a wire hook that you can hang anywhere on the tree limbs. The setup while effective, is more expensive than bird scare tapes, but provides a more pleasing decoration for your garden.
