Lazz,

Your post caused me to go get one off one of my trees to taste. It was very good. In fact, I wonder if it might be a canidate for the quest to find a good seedless hardy citrus, with a lemon-like qualities. Do you have an idea about much cold will it take? As much as a Yuzu? I know it doesn't keep well on the tree. How about after you pick it?

Hi Ned. Yes Sudachi is about as hardy as Yuzu. They are used in many Japanese foods. They are harvested now through early Sept. while still green. They go great in a nice cold Corona Wink
