I'd suggest try my method, you sow the seeds in a pot outside here in Beaumont,TX. On top of a very well draining mixture in a 1 gallon or 3 gallon pot spread the seeds and top off with no more than 1/2 inch of vermiculite or professional mix. The seeds will sprout in the 70Fs days we will get until spring. Put in the garage on freezing nights.

MrTexas, thank you very much! I will definitely try your method. How long does it usually take to sprout seeds in January-February using your method?
