1 cup of soft persimmon pulp
1/2 cup of butter
2/3 cup of sugar
1 cup of flour
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract (in 40% alcohol)
1 tbsp Cinnamon powder
1 tbsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp salt
Steamed for 2 hours.
Served with Persimmon Wine or simply pour Rum on top and flame it off.
