This isn't the poly house that I saw in Wichita....but it's similar in that the framework is PVC pipe covered with a poly film. The drawback to "hoop houses" is that you're really limited with what you can place near the outside edges. The structure should be tall enought to stand up in. Even if it's 6' or more at the tallest point....that's where tall trees or plants will have to be located.
