Hi, has anybody made limoncello with yuzu or other Japanese citrus instead of lemons? It seems like it would be tasty.

FYI, limoncello is a tincture of lemon zest (e.g. in vodka), with sugar added; recipe: link

I just tasted some last week. It's much better than lemon or meyer limoncello! Delicious.

I have made Limoncello, Yuzucello and Sudachicello with the Limoncello recipe that I posted. They were all good.
But I have to say that the Yuzucello was exceptionally good.
