One day i was repotting my bannana plant, and there was what i thought was a weed that was growing from the soil. So i pulled it out and to my surprise there was a citrus seed attched to the roots and then it hit me, and few months earlier i planted some clementine seeds that i forgot about, so i quickly re-planted it and all is fine. Again in another bannana plant i had a clementine sprout and it has one true leaf, very slow growing but i don't know why?

Citrus can take anywhere from 21 days to 90+ days to germinate depending on the temperature of the soil. After the seedlings produce their first two true leaves, you can begain fertilization at 1/2 rate. Know that Clementines do "not" come true from seed, so you will get a Clementine type of tree, but not exactly the same type of fruit, as the fruit the seed came from. - Millet

Kinda thought that it wouldn't come true from, and i can't wait until it gets a little warmer out so i can move it outside(so hopefully it will start to grow better) but i was also wondering if lemons come true from seeds.

Most true Lemons do come true. Meyers do not.
