I managed to finally get a greenhouse too.
I went to order it frin a hardware store two weeks ago, they first promised the order to arrive last friday. It didn't. Then last monday, it didn't. Then they promised it for today, still nothing. So i went to buy it from another place, for a little more money. The main difference was that the one i bought had glasses, the one i never got had polycarbonates.

Anyway, i got some progress today. Got the body up, and the base almost done. Tomorrow i need to build the door, set the glasses and attach the frame to the base. Almost there Cool

I put some pictures in my Growing diary, but here is a picture of the body and the base. The base isn't finished yet, but you'll get a good idea of what it looks like.

It's not big, but good enough for me Smile

Congratulations on your greenhouse. When your second greenhouse came with polycarbonate instead of glass, you got a much better covering. I would much rather have polycarbonate than glass. Millet

Thanks.
I'd love to have polycarbonates too, but i can't afford to buy them anymore, this ate most of my budget.. And i didn't want to wait a third week wondering if the greenhouse would arrive this time. Oh well, i can just hope that the glasses break during the winter so i can buy polycarbs Wink

Actually, I read your post backwards. I though that the original greenhouse you ordered had glass, and the second one you ordered had polycarbonate. If your area does not get hail, glass should be fine. Where I live in Colorado, at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, this area receives the greatest amount of hail in the USA. - Millet

Finally, i got it up!

Still need to clean the backyard up a bit, but at least it is up Smile
I already carried a mandarin in there, along with the chilis, but carried them inside for the night. By the time i got the glasses installed, the sun was already setting, so it didn't have enough time to heat it up.

The forecasts said that by tuesday we'll get 0C again in the night Confused
