I have several citrus tree that the graft part die and the root stock took over I was wondering if I could cut some of the roots off of these and graft new citrus on them or cut the roots and replant them and wait un tell they grow up and then graft to them ,these are trees that i bought at Lowes and I do not know what kind of root stock these are any help

You don't say how large the branches from the root stock are, but normally you can either T-bud, bark graft or cleft graft to the existing branches. - Millet

they are about 3/4 inch around ,but I was wondering if I could Cut some of the roots and graft to them so I would have more then One

You cannot graft directly to citrus roots, and you can't split up the roots to form new plants unless there is already a shoot growing from them.
You may be able to separate multiple shoots already growing from one root ball, and graft to these shoots when they are strong enough.

Not quite sure if this answers your questions or whether you meant something different.
