I just watched an epsiode of Anthony Bourdaine's No Reservations. He was in the Phillipines. They used Calamansi on everything! It was like the lime and Mexican food. The stuff got squeezed on everything. It looked good.

They are delicious, I have some growing right now, if you are in Arizona, I have been told some places sell them.

Taste is very subjective. I hate the taste of Calamondins. But in all fairness to the lowly Calamondin, and we should always be fair in all things, I have to admit ---- you can make great compost out of a Calamondin tree. - Millet
