Your tree has some deficiencies-- I can't see details in the leaf, but probably Nitrogen and maybe iron. Your tree would do better without the strawberries right around the base of the tree--they are probably sucking up all of the nutrients.
Since your tree is inground, and winter is on the way, I would not recommend fertilizer now as it might stimulate tender growth that will not be cold hardened. But beginning next spring, you should fertilize once a month using a fertilizer that has trace minerals. You should stop fertilizer applications about 3 month before first frost.
