Here's a sample from my 2008 crop of Sanguinelli Blood oranges. A ruler for your reference.

I didn't have that blood red pigmentation on the outside because these particular fruits were shaded out. But it's what on the inside that counts. It has developed good pigmentation. These can remain well until the tax deadline.

I was really surprised that they are juicy and sweet this year, even better tasting than my Moro Blood Oranges, 2 years out of 5 now. Moro is still the winner 3 of those years.

Looks very tasty! My Sanguinelli's are so tart I can only make drinks from them. I left a bunch on the tree to see if they sweeten.
