and its got TWO greenhouses! A small patio greenhouse in the front and a large greenhouse with climate control in the backyard, roughly 20x30! Apparently the owner prior to the current one (5 years ago) grew orchids in it. Additionally the yard has mature pecan, pistachio, black walnut, fig, pear, pomegranate and peach trees, as well as 6 different grape cultivars!

Now, to find a citrus vendor in or near Alamogordo, New Mexico...
