Early last fall I purchased a BC-2 Satsuma Mandarin from Tree Search Houston, TX. The BC in BC-2 stands for Bonnie Childress (the person who discovered this cultivar) and a member of this forum. The tree has a very strong upright growth pattern with rigid, strong, and vigorus branches. It is a very good grower for containers. Actually the looks of the BC-2 Satsuma reminds me a lot of a Pon Koa Mandarin. Bonnie eariler discovered another Satsuma which he named BC-1 Satsuma Mandarin. Bonnie told me that he actually likes the BC-1 better than the BC-2. If indeed the BC-1 is a better tree it really must be something special. I have not tasted the BC-2 fruit yet, but the tree is in bloom so I should have something to eat this fall. Bonnie if you have any more like these, I certainly want one. The BC-2 Satusma is a great tree, I recomend this tree to all members of this forum. I think Laaz has either a BC-1 or a BC-2. . - Millet

I know that Davidson of Dundee sells bushels of Page. I will call them on Monday and see if they or someone they know of sells trees. If I can not get them by phone I'll drive by and speak to them in person, they are about 16 miles from my home, but only 3 miles from my kids school. Yes, I am insane. I drive my kids 13.1 miles each way to school and drive about 263 total each week to and from school. Only them best for them, right?

Anyways, I'll let you know what I find out. I have only looked a little bit online, but have not found any yet for you.

Flying Dragon Nursery in Jacksonville had Page on flying dragon rootstock a couple of weeks ago. I bought two, which I think was all they had. It would be worth contacting them. I also got five Page trees last year at Lowe's - all loaded with flowers now.

Hi,

I have not forgotten about your Page tree you want. Davidson of Dundee only have patio trees and none of them are Page. I have continued to search and I have finally found a place that has them, even though they are out right now. I spoke with Carol and when she speaks with her supplier on Friday, she'll know if she will have more Page coming her way or not. Here is the link to the company. I do not what their shipping reg's are. Good Luck.
