I agree with you. But from past experience with him, he hires a pro landscaper to plant many shrubs and trees. I already wired a low voltage for landscape lighting into many different parts outside.
His job is build a house and sell them afterwards. He even hires a decorator and buys expensive furnitures to complete the set up.
Today, I just finished wiring the controls, relays, wire and thermostats for the floor heat for various parts of the house.
And AMEN I am done at last.
Until of course, the final- when I install the light trims, chandeliers, outlets and switches and hooked up the spa, AC and what have you. When everybody is finished then I come in.
