Did they originate at NVDMC?

Do you know anything about that corporation and the budwood?

I'm assuming it is only available to state licensed propagators.

I don't know about NVDMC, but yes, budwood in Florida could only go to licensed propagators, regardless of patent status -- since it's illegal to propagate citrus unless you're a licensed citrus nursery. And I'm sure there must be some sort of royalty contract, due to the patent.
