Hi, Citrus Growers!
Excellent site! An ocean of interesting information about citrus plants!
Dear friends!
I've got a question. Does anybody know how long it will take a Calamondin seedling to begin bearing fruits? 5 years? 10 years? More?
P.S.
I know that it's better way to graft a calamondin branch to some citrus rootstock for making it bear much faster than the seedling.
P.P.S. I live in country with the climate that never permits us to grow citruses outdoors. So I've got a few citrus plants (calamondin, Navelina orange, Faustrimedin, lemon Lunario, citron "Buddha's hand" etc) growing in pots indoors. Some of them have been already bearing...

Thank you a lot!!! Very Happy
One question more.
Is it your own calamondin seedling tree that began to bear at that age?
