Is Volck Oil Spray good for leaf miner on citrus? Its 97% petroleum oil. It doesn't say on the label.

None of the oil sprays will kill miners, it only discourages the female from laying eggs since they do not like to lay eggs on an oily surface.

Spinosad will kill some of the miners that are already inside the leaves, it works a little better when mixed with AZ41.

The only thing that is near 100% is imidacloprid (in products like Bayer Tree and Shrub) but it is a systemic and not for use on bearing trees.
