Hi, I have been seeing this weird behavior on my Calamondin for quiet a long time. Whenever a new flush comes, the leaves look like this:

I admit, I've been having some problems with spider mites lately, but other trees don't seem to be so affected. Is it a spider mite problem? Or something else?

The speckling certainly looks right for spider mites.
