I see that Forum Up web domain was created on April 5, 2005, and we started this forum just 7 months later on November 5, 2005. - Millet

That is for the owner of the domain name but the servers were in Italy and now are in USA.
I think the issues started when they flipped the servers. It is always a source of problems.
