PLEASE HELP. I have a lemon and lime tree planted in ground and the leaves are turning yellow and falling off if I water or don't water. They are planted with a mixture of potting soil, dirt, and mulch. Also on the lemon tree it blossomed all over then they all fell off. The tree had a couple of lemons on it when I bought it. Any ideas?

Photos help. Very difficult to guess what is happening without seeing it. Also, where you live, are your fertilizing and with what? And, what kind of soil do you have? It is not necessary and in fact not recommended to amend your soil. It is better to plant your tree in your native soil, and if you need to, top with amendments.

Without seeing pics it's probably over watering or a fertilization issue. Don't give the tree any more fertilizer for a while and take it easy on watering. I'll have to see pics to give you better advice.
