Where can I buy on line or through a catalog a
miniature orange tree , two feet tall ? I've heard
these make great indoor citrus trees...Thanks..

If you're in Cali, any neighborhood Home Depot or Lowe's will carry Four Winds Growers citrus. Around $21.97 for a citrus in #5 pot (3.4 gallon; 12.9L).

Why pay for shipping? You can go thru their stock and select the best one.

I don't live in California, I live in Santa Fe , NM
and the nurseries here don't carry it and the Home Depot
here is a disaster , they never carry citrus trees...

Being your in NM, you have no restrictions and can purchase from any of the online sellers. I believe when you say miniature orange you mean Calamondin ? There are also dwarf orange trees that produce full size fruit.
