Hi, this is one of the trees that was planted before I bought my house. I'm not sure what it is! The fruit had 11 seeds in it and the peel was thin and not too hard to to peel. I haven't tried all the varieties, so I'm not able to ID by flavor.

Thanks,
Travis

With that many seeds....my money is on "Page" or "Dancy"...possibly "Murcott"... Rolling Eyes

If it's good...have another bite & call it "Unknown" Laughing Wink

I'd say Dancy based on the upright growth of the tree; the oval shape of the leaves; the exterior positioning, oblate shape, prevalent neck, hollow core, and seediness of the fruit. Doesn't look at all like my Page. Definitely not Algerian Clementine, although maybe another variety of Clementine with which I'm not familiar. Murcott maybe, but my money is on Dancy.

I made some respectable guesses, considering I've only been at this 2 yrs. on and off. Laughing Laughing

Thanks for the replies! I went to the nursery yesterday to get some supplies for some blueberries I'm planting and they had a 15-gallon Dancy and the fruit was the same ripeness as my tree. I didn't check out the other characteristics, but it looks like you guys are correct! Thanks for the ID!
There's one other mandarin tree that came with the house, and I don't know what it is. When the fruit ripens on it, I'll see if you guys can go 2-for-2. Cool
