I bought a meiwa kumquat from Lowes a month ago. The last flush of leaves were pale but I thought that would clear up. I planted it in the ground and a week later gave it a small amount of 10-10-10. After a month it still looks the same. What do I need to do?

Thanks, I will give a little more nitrogen and iron and see if that helps.
