Hello again!
Here is a picture of my original seedling (3rd year) after trimming several months ago. It has grown 3 new shoots off the main stem and the trunk is thickening nicely. Should I trim this again? Does it look healthy?
Also, here is a picture of the cutting I rooted when I trimmed the above tree. It originally had only 2 big leaves. I kept it in a clear plastic bag and misted it often for about 4 or 5 months. In mid spring, I removed the plastic bag and began taking it outside, and look what happened! It's grown an whole new branch close to the bottom with lots of lush leaves. The original stem (left side) has no other leaves except the original 2 oversized leaves in the front. I assume this one's pretty healthy?
Thanks for any comments and suggestions!
