Any recommendations on the best place to buy Florida citrus trees? I would like to add a blood orange, a grapefruit, and a tangelo to my small yard, so I probably need dwarf trees and I guess that would help with the cold tolerance.

One of the few sources I found in the limited time I searched was Floyd and Associates in Dade City. Does anyone know much about this source?

Flying Dragon Nursery, sells Florida grown dwarf citrus trees grafted on Flying Dragon Trifoliate root stock. Flying Dragon root stock gives the tree a dwarf (slow growing) habit, and also lends an extra cold hardiness to the tree. Some of the best trees I've ever seen. Laaz put me on to them. Here is their web site; http://www.flyingdragoncitrusnursery.com/

Yes Flyingdragon has some very nice trees. I have a few of their Satsumas. Excellent structure & form. Very healthy trees as well.

I am new to this forum. Stan Mckenzie told me about it. A place not too far for you is Just Fruits and Exotics. They are located in Crawfordville about 35 miles south of Tallahassee. It is about 2.5 hour drive from my house. Last weekend they had a few blood oranges left. You might get on a waiting list for other varieties. Their website is http://www.justfruitsandexotics.com

Thanks all-- I will be over in Tallahassee this fall and will check out the one near there. In the mean time I will go ahead and order a couple from Flying Dragon.
