Pomegranate maker POM Wonderful sweetened its return to retail with a sweepstakes.
The California-based company, which supplies fresh pomegranates from October to January, will award three grand-prize trips to a resort in Napa Valley, CA, including gourmet dining and wine tasting. An additional 150 winners receive Cuisinart ice cream makers. Mail-in entry forms are found on dedicated dump bins in produce departments of grocers nationwide, including Supervalu and Safeway.
Coinciding with November's designation as National Pomegranate Month, the promotion began Nov. 6 and runs through Dec. 26.
POM Wonderful also produces juice, tea and pills that are available year-round at participating grocers.
