I have been emailing John Watson the head of the TEXAS CITRUS BUDWOOD CERTIFICATION PROGRAM to learn what varieties they have and if I could order some as a hobbyist. Here is some infomation

0.10 cents each bud; each budstick containing, on average, 5-8 viable buds or "budeyes"
$1.00/budstick disinfection/phytosanitary fee
There is no minimum amount to order.
$25.00 overnight shipping fee is a flat rate charge And all of our budwood is shipped overnight express as to retain the budwood freshness.

The file has the list of varieties.

Hi Millet. I have two mature variegated Cara cara navels in the ground, and I have 10 budded to Trifoliata almost ready to go.
