The "Limone di Sorrento" is a protectwed Trade Mark in EU.
Here you can read about it (use Google Translate) :

Nope, normal lemon size. But who knows, perhaps they will explode in size in your "magic" soil Very Happy

Where you looking for the Citrons discussed earlier in this thread?

Laaz, if you can't find a local resident to purchase the tree, perhaps if you offer the supplier an extra dividend to entice them to ship it, say $100, they might just be willing to help you out. It would cost you at least that amount, or more, to drive to Philly to purchase the tree. - Millet

What MGT means is "Ovale di Sorrento".
A normal sized ancient lemon, which is possible the ancestor of "Limone di Sorrento" and "Sfuzata die Amalfi".

Todd,

Just so happens I will be driving through there on the way home from a business trip tomorrow, Friday.

Unfortunately probably wont be in that area until early evening. Any idea what time they close?

PM me...

As I checked that homepage, I am afraid it could be also the Ovale di Sorrento, not the giant lemon ...

It is more common and if there is no pic, I guess it is the small one, for the giant one probably would be anounced and shown ...
