I apologize if I inquired before, but I need more answeres.
I still have 5 bags of maple flooring sawdust (minus the first 2 sandings -with the finish on) & some ppl tell me to just throw it out. I have a compost bin that i've been turning every day & would like to add it to. Bigger chips take longer to compost. Shaveings take less time.... so what about saw dust?
Should I just add add wood glue & make 2X4's???!!!!!!
I can't get myself to throw these bags away, as I think there is a use for it.
I did throw couple bags in garden along with raspberries last year & no harm done. Should I throw some in compost bin & mix? It's gotta be good for something! What can I do with it to be productive? Should I reallly throw it all out? Wouldn't it be a good mix with the compost?
Thanks for any suggestions & knowledge.
This is very fine sawdust BTW.

It should be fine if you mix it with some other stuff like grass or leaves. If you put in in all at once it can be hard to wet and get the composting process going, but otherwise it is just wood.
