Can't believe that it gets 100 deg F over there too! So how are you folks up there, especially Millet. I hope you guys are ok as well as your citrus plants.

How's the temp in your greenhouses Millet?

Just concerned and hope you guys are all okay.

Hi Joe, The weather in July is frequently in the high 90's and low 100's. I think the highest yet this summer was only 102F. Really no big deal, except for the people in the media. I actually live 40 miles east of Denver on the plains. Denver, itself is located in a bowl, so the air does get quite high in pollutants, but out here in the country the air is fine. However, because of our altitude (5.440-ft) the air is quite thin, and does not hold the days heat during night. Our night time temperatures are usually in the high 60's.The highest my greenhouse has gotten this summer is 108F, but that was partly my fault, for not monitoring it better. Thanks for the concern. I did notice on the TV weather that is was 106F in Sacramento. - Millet
