Hmm. Then what are the giant ones called? Doing a google search is very confusing when it comes to the giant variety. _________________ Wal-Mart a great place to buy cheap plastic crap ! http://walmartwatch.com/ ...

Perhaps, what you need is a C. limon "Ponzino amalphitanum" variety. Those are the huge lemons native to the region of Amalphi (Sorrento peninsula). Please, correct me if I'm wrong.

No I don't believe they are the same Igor. The one I want has a smoother skin & nipple at the end. _________________ Wal-Mart a great place to buy cheap plastic crap ! http://walmartwatch.com/ ...

These guys ship 10 and 15 pound boxes of California grown Sorrento Lemons. I have e-mailed them in the past to ask where they got their trees from but never got a response. Never got around to calling them...

Don't know how much they cost. Be more than happy to split the cost if interested... |

There you have it. Now all you need is a ten day vacation trip to Amalfi coast... |

As said several times before, in fact they are Citrons (cedra). |

Aside from their genetic heritage, they're still classified as C. limon. |

Well, I don't think it is official name.
On this two pictures they are named Cedri and Cedro:
On the blue part of the tag. Hard to read.

I don't know if there really is an "official" name for these. I have seen them called Sorrento lemons, Cedri amalfitani, Cedri Italia, Cedri campania, Ponzino amalphitanum... Is there really a true name for them? _________________ Wal-Mart a great place to buy cheap plastic crap ! http://walmartwatch.com/ ...
