Nice bunch of Naomi Delicious pawpaws. Today I found a small one on the ground and it was ready! That's pretty early for SE Texas. It's usually about a month from now. I have 4 mature trees. One is a Neil Peterson special. However, I can't tell that the Peterson one is any better than the local native or Naomi Delicious.

SE Texas is the southern most extent of pawpaw range. Don't know about chilling. We have enough here in Beaumont, TX.

I like the looks of your paw-paw's. I started 4 tree's in 2006 , these are nurseries bought and doing well. 3 of them produces each one string this year.
That would be a first.
