Dont know if anyone has it, or wants to sell it.
I cant afford a huge payout, but would appreciate if someone who is no longer interested in it perhaps giving a deal to and coming citrus grower who is eager to read and learn. |

Check Abe's Used and Rare Books. Generally sells for around $100.00 when they have a copy in stock. Abe's is where I purchased both volume 1 and volume 2 about 4 or 5 years ago. Volumes 3 & 4 can be purchased most anywhere.

I have not completely read technical books nor novels online or from the screen. It can damage your retinas if you do your book readings routinely on screen monitors. Usually if the cost of printing them from online screen, counting all your ink and paper and the time wait is about twice (usually more) than buying them, then I will buy the book.
Mostly I buy books which have CD or DVD electronic versions along with it, that way, they are searchable when looking up very important information quickly. If books don't have those electronic searchable printouts, they are usually off my list. |

It's worth checking abe.com , alibris.com and amazon.com regularly. Different booksellers use these sites, although some use all three. Also check Ebay. I've seen copies of Volume 1 going for less than $20. Remember that the revised 1976 version is much more up to date than the first edition (1943) which doesn't have the useful 'horticultural varieties' section. |

Today noticed two copies of volume 1 on ebay.
Both from the same seller, and appear to be in similar condition.
A slight difference in price - $47.99 or $550.99!!! |
