I'll be back on tonight. I had some family issues I had to take care of & also got a nice food poisoning from McD's & have been on antibiotics for the last 10 days.

Yes I have been on 2 medications for Salmonella for the last 10 days. Also my mom had some issues, she is 89 years old now.

Laaz, I think it's about time for you to go vegan, and get rid of all that junk (including antibiotics)... Laughing Now seriously, I went from being predominantly "carnivore" to vegan, and thank God, I am now stronger and healthier than I have ever been. When I only think back to what I used to eat, it makes me even more happy that I left all that unhealthy stuff behind. And I'm sure I'll be thanking myself in 20-30 years time... Smile

Thanks guys. I am done eating McDonalds for good. Both me & Jojo got it & we both had Cheeseburgers.

Mom is hanging in there, just getting very old. She is old enough to be my grandmother... She had me & my younger brother after my sister died...
