What diseases can be passed on to the seed and the resulting plant?

I asked this question at the end of another thread that apparenty died, but I assume that there are at least some viruses that can be passed to the seed.

None of the common citrus virus or viroid diseases can pass through seeds. Reports from Argentina, years ago, about psorosis passing through seed were false.

I would wonder about greening bacteria, but then, branches that are affected usually produce fruit with aborted seeds, so finding a viable seed may be a challenge there.

With that one possible exception, I am unaware of any disease of citrus that is seed-transmitted (and I've been teaching citrus pathology for 25 years).

Thanks Dr. Manners, That is good to know as I have a number of lemon and lime plants I have started from seeds.
