Hi all,
My mexican guava should be ripe in the next few weeks, and I need some recipes/usage for them. Does any one have some favorite ways to use them?
I found you can only eat a few fresh then they tend to overpower you, also the wife can only stand the fragrant(it is strong) in the house for a couple of days.
Any help would be usefull-Jelly recipes,canning,cooking, ect.
Also what is the best way to juice them for jelly?
