				| Skeet, nice looking fruit. Looks like you waited to pick the pineapple until all of the green was gone, and the fruit became golden. That is when the sugar is highest. I bet it was very sweet. Probably, far sweeter then the green picked pineapples that are sold in the store. - Millet | |

				| Thanks --it took longer to ripen than I would have thought. Size has not changed much for a couple months, but when it started to turn, it only took a little over a week. It does taste really good--sweet with lots of flavor.
I have separated one pup and put it in a container of it's own, but there are 3 more I left with the mother plant. I think I can get a couple more fruit from it.

Of course the top on this one is much larger than the ones you get on pineapples in the store and would make a good start, but the pups are already over a foot high.

				| Good job. I hope to see something similar from my plant one day. What is the size of the fruit in the picture? _________________

				| JK-- The fruit was pretty close to the size you get in the store, maybe a little smaller, but at least 90% of normal. _________________
