Can anyone help me ID these fruit. I want to try and grow the seeds. I understand the whole thing about waiting years and I know I can just buy one as well. Anyway I got these two fruit from a niche market. There were supposed to be a Rangpur Lime and a Yuzu. So the thing is I was charged the Yuzu price for the fruit in the Yuzu area and a totally different price all together for the Rangpur Lime so I'm not sure that are what they are supposed to be.

The one on the left was in the Rangpur Lime area. I was charged as a Yuzu though. Some of the pics online do look like it might be a Yuzu. The peel seperated fairly easily (I actually got two of these). Lots of seeds although some much smaller then others.

The one on the right was in the Yuzu area. Does it look like a Rangpur Lime?

I'm pretty sure it's one of these unless there was a big mistake because the only other citrus fruits on either side was a kumquat area and a Etrog citron area.

Here are the seeds I got from the thing that I paid for as a Yuzu. were 30+ some quite big a few very small.

The fruit on the left is a Yuzu. The Yuzu seed are normally large with a darkened point. The fruit on the right does look like a Rangpur and the seeds should be smaller and look very much like Mandarin seeds.

Thanks.

I'll be able to tell for sure on the Rangpur since I have a plant of that growing in a container right now.

If the plate is a normal sized plate this fruits look big for Rangpur lime.
I have both Rangpur, acidic and sweet (othaeti) and my fruits are very much smaller. The size of a mandarine. The fruits on the picture look to have the size of an orange.
- is the plate small?
- are my fruits too small?
