I decided to take some photos today of my Sanbokan lemon. While photographing the Sanbokan, I discovered some leaves that gave me concern. The Sanbokan had previous leaf miner damage when I received it. It was inside all winter. I now see leaves that are dimpled and some have speckling and areas eaten. Perhaps I have several things going on here. Hopefully someone can help me identify the problems.
This photo is of the upper leaves curling up.
This photo shows dimpling and curvature of lower leaves.

This lemon has put on about 4 flushes since spring and has grown like a weed. Overall, it appears to be a beautiful tree, but has these problems. It is currently housed outside, full sun for about 10 hours and judiciously watered as needed. Suggestions?
