OK u guys,

I've had a request for citrus from a woman in LA. Do they have laws about shipping citrus trees/cuttings into the state similiar to CA/AZ/TX/FL Question

This involves a swap, so no money will change hands.

I looked into this a year or so ago and could find none. That is not to say there are none, I just couldn't find them on the webl.
