Has anyone heard from either of these two lately?

Laaz we asked that identical question a month or so ago. At that time Darkman contacted Skeeter and he came back for a day or so, then quickly left once again. If either one of them were actually interested they would be here. Same with Joe. - Millet

In Skeet's case I think he has too many fires going at one time. He mantains two residences and it is now hunting season.

I myself have been unable to join in for the last month or so due to a large waterfall project I am installing. I think I will be through near Christmas. As soon as I finish I have to build 360 feet of overhead vinetard trellising to be followed by the installation of my irrigation system. The projects just keep coming. Shocked I am way to busy at home and my job keeps interering with me getting work done. I must retire soon.

I just saw this thread and the mention of Joe Real. I was at Joe's house two Saturdays ago and he cooked me lunch and we talked about various things. Much of Joe's life these days is filled with wine-making and trying to start up a commercial fruit wine facility (needs to get investors). He moved a couple of years ago and has started over with new citrus trees. He's working on other ventures as well, so has a busy life like many folks.
