Don't apologize! I knew you mean well. I do apologize if my response was not gracious, was just trying to clarify what my specific question was, and how hard was it to find an answer. Your Wikipedia answer is good lead though for others wanting to know about processing tea for tea making. Thanks for the help as it can help others.
